I've recently started eating banana oatmeal pancakes for breakfast with a very small addition of dark chocolate chips and I'm OBSESSED! ๐
The bananas don't even let you THINK of adding sugar! I make mine in large batches to save time in the morning! It has helped with my addiction to sweets too โบ๏ธ

humvee I use soy milk and an egg depending on how large the batch is :)

A great low calorie breakfast food is a smoothie. All you do is put a banana, strawberries, ice and milk in a blender. Yogurt is optional.
