Are these sprouts safe to eat!??
I sprouted fenugreek seeds then put them by the window to sprout microgreens but not sure how long these are good for and if there is any chance there is bacteria in them?? Anybody have some input??

isakay @ladyofgrand- Those look awesome! Great job sprouting them. I would make sure they are dry and pop them in the fridge. They should last a pretty long time... 4-6 weeks if you store them properly!

annefood Correct, fruit juice and fruit + veg juice both have the sugar problem. 100% veg juice doesn't have the sugar problem, but we do need fiber in our diets, so if you do choose to drink veggie juice...

annefood I love to roast a small sweet potato whole wrapped with aluminum foil, cut it open and drizzle it with olive oil and salt and pepper. Super basic but I adore it.

KyFish I do this as well. But I use this 7 grain bread from my farmers market because it doesn't have any added sugar like some grocery store bread, and it's better for managing my diabetes.
