The secret weapon for the after lunch sweet tooth: flavored teas. Double dark chocolate mate is my current favorite.

To avoid fast food prepare some healthy snacks beforehand and bring them with you. šš

MargaretG One problem with bubbly water is that it is supposedly hard on tooth enamel. I love sparkling water and drink it all the time but have tried to dial back a bit lately once I found out.
