Airport breakfast?? Ugh avoiding sugar is nearly impossible. Not pictured: smarties, mars bars, muffins, and "granola" bars. Pack almonds!
Ok this WAS an egg white avocado omelet with cherry 🍅, onions, and jalapeños. You can definitely do brunch without sugar!
