DietID_TeamDietitians Same!! Cinnamon tea is a current fave but I also have tried this passionfruit almond tea mix that I can't find anywhere else. It reminds me of honey bunches of oats 😍
To avoid fast food prepare some healthy snacks beforehand and bring them with you. 😁🍎

MargaretG One problem with bubbly water is that it is supposedly hard on tooth enamel. I love sparkling water and drink it all the time but have tried to dial back a bit lately once I found out.
