Put a twist on carbonara with courgette (zucchini) and fresh local tomatoes last night. Organic spaghetti & homemade wholegrain bread

Oh, and local butter on that bread, too! ππΌ My husband had a football (soccer) game last night and wanted to get some carbs on his belly beforehand, so I figured why not indulge in some of my favor...
Dinner @ Casa de Aguilar, featuring a meal made for my Paleontologist! Ok, she's Paleo, but paleontologist sounds so much more fun!

A delicious Paleo meal: grilled chicken topped with an asparagus and mushroom lemon cream sauce, served with cauliflower rice. Oh. My. Yum.
