JenniferEmilson Insightful. Especially about the cover crop. A chef has to be willing to invest in the cover crop to help the farmer continue producing what he initially wanted. Didn't think about that before.

Udi @Gwendolyn Sounds like you need it, but shouldn't over do it. And a lot of our food is already fortified with it so maybe pregnant women don't quite need all the extra supplements.
