This week my treasure at the Farmer's Market was Poblano Peppers. They were little ones but so full of flavour!! Made a baby batch of Chilli Rellenos!!! One of my all time favourites!!!

Stuffed with goat cheese, lemon zest, juice and pepper. Lightly battered, deep fried, and WOW!!!
