Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies were a crowd-pleaser for young and old alike. Nothing high brow here; I got the recipe off of the Hershey's bag...I know, not organic, not local, but tasty as hell!
Tiny cup, slightly larger than espresso cups, just for hot chocolate: Valrhona Guanaja melted with half and half, a dash of salt and vanilla extract.

DietID_TeamDietitians This is the cup size used in India for chai! The concept of venti chai is so scary because of how decadent it is, so I love this built in portion control :)

kellydee I have the matching chocolate pot which is like a narrow coffee pot and three more cups. I found in an antique store years ago.

Chicken larb: Mark Bittman's recipe from NYT. It was easy and tasty but I am not sure what the toasted ground rice adds.

kellydee Chicken larb is usually served in lettuce leaves. I like butter lettuce because the leaves form nice cups. Romaine is a good option too. It's like a lettuce wrap: low carb!
