Fresh Branzinos stuffed with lemon,onion slices & cilantro. I dressed them with a simple dash of olive oil, s & p and lemon juice before putting them into the oven.

Citrus sunshine in my kitchen: chicken thighs nestled in lemon and orange slices with a marinade of citrus juices, olive oil, garlic and paprika. Fresh chopped herbs and onions go over the top.
