Picked up some absolutely delicious goat yogurt From Lynn Haven goat farm at the union square Greenmarket. Topped it with blackberries For breakfast. I'm not completely sure what the major health benefits are, but I've heard goat milk is less inflammatory and has more calcium.

Tomato, cucumber, onion, basil, onions, croutons (spelt bread), with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili, basil, and parsley.
