This was a surprising and delicious pulled pork sandwich with jicama and Carrie slaw from a new restaurant in Bethlehem PA called "The People's Kitchen" - started by a young chef who grew up in Bethlehem, was trained in the big city and came back home! I'll stop here again if I'm ever in the area.
