In the summer heat a bowl of Korean Mul Naengmyeon which is a cold noodle soup is very refreshing!!!! I love it!!! A sweet-tart icy cold broth, chewy buckwheat noodles, and toppings like cucumber, pickled radish and Asian Pear!
Made a Rabbit Ragu with Sopprasetta and Parpadelle to serve at our Wine Group. Went lovely with the French wines that were featured.
