jessicaholmes 9yr So easy! I asked my fish guy (Wild Edibles in Murray Hill) to clean and scale the fish, then I stuffed it with garlic, lemon slices, and herbs, tied it up with kitchen twine, patted it dry, salted it up, and grilled for six minutes a side. Dinner in 20 minutes!!
