shannonvittoria 9yr @JenniferEmilson do you have a good recipe for quinoa flour sopes? These arepas are so easy: masarepa, water, salt formed into "cakes" and cooked in olive oil in a pan. -
JenniferEmilson 9yr Haha- not much different from the sopes! I will try the recipe from One Ingredient Chef, Homemade Sopes this eve. Will tell you if my replacements work. Won't recommend it till I've actually made them
