Soto Ayam - Indonesian chicken soup made by my friendly neighbour: herby broth with chicken, rice noodles, served with boiled egg, fried onion, fresh coriander, soy bean sprouts, sambal and lime juice. Truly delicious!

We had this wonderful socca (chickpea pancake) topped with a fried egg, feta cheese and salad for breakfast today!
It is healthy, delicious and keeps me full for a few hours!!

AuthenticBriana @gingerandchorizo, have you tried Stevia in your tea. It can be difficult to find pure Stevia without any added sugar, but it helps with the sweet-tooth cravings.

Yuba (aka tofu skin) is a delicious substitute to meat products and pack full with protein. If you love tofu, you will love Yuba, even if you don't like tofu, you will still like Yuba :)
