serveMEnow It's been much easier for sure. The scheduling of meals have definitely helped. I also took snacks into consideration - I snack in between meals so that I'm satiated more often. It's worked wonders.

annefood Yeah staying up later because you ate is definitely no bueno. In those circumstances I would try to eat easy to digest foods, take a free pass and go to bed. Not worth sacrificing your sleep! But...
