Kale chips are such a healthy afternoon snack! I love munching on these when I'm in the mood for something salty, like chips, but opt for something healthier. Bake at 425 for 6 min with your favorite herbs and even a little sprinkle of cheese (optional)!
Asian lettuce wraps for dinner made with ground turkey! Great and healthy alternative to tacos. Quinoa could even substitute for the white rice - will definitely try next time!
