Today was GRANDMAS 80th BIRTHDAY! We loved this dessert after quite a heavy Hungarian lunch - it's so pretty, pink, crunchy and creamy! ❤️

JenniferEmilson I do this all the time! When done, I drizzle with olive oil, grate fresh parm or chunks of feta, chili flakes, and supper is done!
