What I have been able to do so far is this: when I go out to eat for lunch, I automatically replace fries with a veggie and then order one extra side of veggies (corn, broccoli, beans and the like). I don’t have a sandwich without lettuce and tomatoes anymore and if I make my own lunch, I do it the night before so I don’t forget! I add spinach to every omelette I make at home! One nice size salad with some chicken can easily get you two or three servings! Asking for the side salad as an appetizer easily gets you one! That’s how I’ve been able to get in most of my veggies!
