@ShortAndStrong you are correct- the No Added Sugar Challenge only deals with added sugars. Whole fruit contains fiber that helps your body deal with the sugar load, plus it's not processed and contains lots of great nutrients your body needs. There is not a limit on how much fruit one should consume in a day, though just like anything else, it should be consumed in moderation. I tend to eat 1-3 pieces (or servings) of fruit per day. You might find that if you eat more than that, it will upset your stomach. Try to eat fruit with a few almonds or something with protein too, as that will also help your body deal with the naturally occurring fruit sugars.
