@Sexy170 baking the fish instead of frying it is a great way to reduce your intake of unhealthy fats. Glad to see another plate half full of salad!

I love that 2/3 of your plate is filled with plants! If you can, try to avoid fried fishโgrilled, pan seared, roasted etc. will all help cut down on those unhealthy fats.
