DietID_TeamDietitians 7yr One of my favorite quick lunches, especially when it's hot out, is cold salad that you can assemble with a handful of grocery items. I like to use baby spinach, avocado, cherry tomato, chickpeas (from the can, rinsed), sliced mushrooms, and almonds. For dressing, I use lemon juice, olive oil, and hot sauce (I like harissa). I can then use those supplies all week! Also - if you're in Woodward, it looks like there is a Farm Stand called Twin Girls Garden that should have some delicious fresh produce, and they may be open tomorrow. Hope that helps!
