Hey @johnnyjumper ! Have you checked out the No Sugar at Breakfast Guidebook ? It has a bunch of no added sugar recipes https://www.thefoodstand.com/challenge-groups/12-avoid-sugar-at-breakfast/guide . I love eggs for a no sugar breakfast. Sometimes I eat them sunny side up over leftover grains (quinoa, brown rice, farro) from the night before with some spinach, or I'll make an omelette or scramble with mushroom, onion and spinach, or just some chopped herbs like parsley, basil or chives. If you keep chopped onion and mushroom in jars and some boxed spinach in the fridge an omelette it only takes 3 minutes to make. My other favorite no sugar breakfast is plain/greek yogurt with fresh fruit (chopped pear, berries, peach, or banana), a sprinkle of ground flax seeds, toasted nuts (almonds or pecans) and toasted unsweetened coconut flakes.

Hi Anne. Hard! Why? Because there is always in every kind of food. Positive! I quit headache forever and a feeling of being much more faster in movement. Last, a profound feeling of interior peace....

@johnnyjumper yes! Added sugar is in so many foods- it's shocking. But I am so happy you were able to avoid it and are feeling better! Congratulations! We love hearing about your success.
