Does anyone have any good healthy semi cheap recipes? I've dropped a lot of weight from being sick but would like to lose more the healthiest way possible.

I love baked salmon with stir fried veggies. I like using frozen chopped veggies because they are cheap and quick. Just thaw and cook with garlic, ginger, chili, and soy sauce. You can marinate the salmon with the same mix, and bake on 400 for about 10-15 min.

Do you have food restrictions?I love making fish tacos with corn tortillas but you could substitute lettuce instead. Slaw is really easy to make with lime, cilantro, rice wine or cider vinegar and cilantro. Or just lime and olive oil. But last time I mixed in honey too with the lime and olive oil- just a little bit. Mango avocado salsa- one of each, red onion, lime, chopped tomatoes, lime, olive oil... Salt pepper...Greek plain yogurt mixed with spicy green salsaGrilled corn on the cob. Marinate fish- cumin, chilli powder, paprika, lime, olive oil.

This chicken recipe is one of my favorites- cheap easy and so delicious. www.annefood.com/blog/garlic-herb-chicken-thighs" class="profile-color">https://www.annefood.com/blog/garlic-herb-chicken-thighs Plus it makes great leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. I just refrigerate it in the cooking pan and stick it back in the oven the next day, or eat it cold. I serve it with brown rice and a salad, or sautéed kale or Swiss chard. I have a bunch of other good recipes on www.annefood.com too. Check out the soup section.
