It has been shown that people are more successful at developing healthy habits when they tackle one aspect of their diet at a time, so you can only complete one Challenge at a time. Tackle your current Challenge, and then move on to something else. Or if you'd like to change your Challenge, simply tap the Settings icon in the orange My Challenge tab. Select "Change Challenge," and join whichever Challenge you'd like to start.
