@AuthenticBriana great question! Stevia is allowed as it does not have the same effect on your blood sugar levels as sugar. However, you should use limited amounts because it can cause gastric upset, gas and bloating if you consume too much. And make sure that your stevia is really just stevia leaf extract and not some of the stevia blends that contains additives. As always, be sure to read the ingredients.
