Are these sprouts safe to eat!??
I sprouted fenugreek seeds then put them by the window to sprout microgreens but not sure how long these are good for and if there is any chance there is bacteria in them?? Anybody have some input??

isakay 7yr @ladyofgrand- Those look awesome! Great job sprouting them. I would make sure they are dry and pop them in the fridge. They should last a pretty long time... 4-6 weeks if you store them properly! -
