annefood 8yr Keep up the good work @raven526 ! I'm doing the same Challenge and I've found it to get easier as time goes on. Those first three days were the most difficult for me!

raven526 8yr Thanks! The second night was the absolute worst. Whatever I ate for dinner did not hold me. It really makes you think about what your eating through the day and readjusting. Not saving all your calories for night time to "snack the night away" but to have enough to eat during the day so that you don't want to (or need to) snack the night way.
