Bunny 8yr @garv some handy pointers are to rid your house of sugar filled items, and do not replace them when you go to the store. You cannot eat food you don't have. When you do have a rare treat make sure to plan in advance for it. Valentine's Day is coming up, so I know I'm going to want some of the chocolate my wife gives me on that day. I'm not going to have any treats for several days before the 14th so that the V Day treat is truly special. The other big pointer is that your sweet tooth is there to encourage you to eat fruit. Fruit should be your dessert for most meals. It's delicious and filled with goodness.
