I'm just starting this challenge today- do you notice any nice changes in yourself from doing this challenge?

@haleynxva hi! Yeah! I usually feel more alert and find it easier to concentrate when I'm more hydrated. Also I keep a big bottle of chilled water with me while I'm studying now, and I'll just sip on water instead of snacking, which I guess is better because I can save my appetite for meals.
I would set yourself a reminder to log how much water you've been drinking each day just before you go to bed, because I kept on forgetting and it used up more of my free passes than I needed to.

@bethfreya@haleynxva try to log your glasses when you drink them as it helps to solidify your habit, but if you forget you can certainly add a few glasses at a time later on. @bethfreya were you accidentally using free passes because you would forget to log for a few days in a row? If you forgot the previous day there is a back arrow in the upper left corner of your check-in screen that will take you to the previous day where you can log your glasses retroactively.
