Day 2 of 60: Relaxed Paleo Challenge
The best I felt ever was when I did 1 month of strict paleo challenge but some things felt more like punishment than help: no tofu? no legumes? So this time around I recruited 2 friends, Google spreadsheet, and doing a more relaxed form of paleo but for longer. I'm hoping that I'll like it so much, it'll become the way I eat normally. For me, the important part is less carbs, artificial sugars, more veggies.
