@gingerandchorizo, have you tried Stevia in your tea. It can be difficult to find pure Stevia without any added sugar, but it helps with the sweet-tooth cravings.
Yuba (aka tofu skin) is a delicious substitute to meat products and pack full with protein. If you love tofu, you will love Yuba, even if you don't like tofu, you will still like Yuba :)
