darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr @lol12345 - I know it's tough but you're resilient! Be sure your meals consist of carbs, lean protein and healthy fats and that should help with the cravings. annefood 8yr @lol12345 sometimes I melt 100% chocolate (the unsweetened kind they sell in the baking section of the grocery store) into Califia Farms unsweetened coconut almond milk for a sugar-free hot chocolate treat. The milk is naturally sweet and creamy, and makes up for the lack of sugar in the chocolate.
