DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr Yea @davisaa I used to drink so much regular soda and I really just loved the fizz! @ChristianRJ this brand is La Croix- it's sold at most grocery stores. Look out for it! -

Bowl dinners are the best
Quinoa, lentils, avocado, roasted beats, roasted chickpeas, with tomato-cucumber salsa. This delicious dinner came together in about 25 minutes, and it’s balanced and full of veggies!

annefood Agreed- I keep whole grains and beans in the pantry and when I don’t know what to do for dinner I just throw them in a bowl with a veggie or lettuce and some dressing.
