annefood 8yr Hey @juliasalviati ! I make a cup of herbal tea later in the evening so I have something to sip on. Some sort of distraction like reading a good book, watching a movie, or playing a game can take my mind off of eating. Also, be sure to fill up on veggies, protein and whole grains throughout the day. If I eat well earlier and have a nutritious dinner I find I don't think as much about snacking before bed.

darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr Hi @juliasalvati! A little meditation or yoga is a good way to unwind. I also like to light a candle and listen to classical music :)

akhilg2002 8yr Ok for me? I have so many late night cravings. So I DEF get this question. It's so hard for me! My best trick is to just drink lots of water 2-4 hours before going to bed. Keeps me well hydrated and less likely to want to eat late. ALSO, focus on good sleep hygiene. So so underappreciated and so if you get good sleep, you'll do better the next night. Fatigue = cravings! Keep that in mind :)
