darkchocolatepeanutbutter 8yr Hey @amanda_482! I'm not a sports nutritionist but I do know that athletes need more calories than non-athletes. Depending on your activity, adjust your carb, protein and fat intake accordingly, drink plenty water to keep your energy up and make sure to schedule rest days into your routine to help with recovery.
