hi. I'm not an expert, but my grandpa used to say, that honey is good for everything!
Just use a little bit instead of sugar to sweet your meals :)

Hey @bestekaracay ! While @Emy 's Grandpa is right that honey can have health benefits—local honey is said to help with allergies, for example (shout out to @Emy 's Grandpa!) honey does count as an added sugar for the Avoid Sugar at Breakfast and the Avoid Added Sugar Challenges. While it is a natural sweetener, it does spike your blood sugar. If you're going to use a small spoonful of honey in your tea, for example, count it as 1/2 free pass in your check-in.
