Homemade Bounty Bars! (For American readers, Mounds) Really simple, 5 ingredients, all natural YUM
2 cups dedicated coconut, 2 heaped tbsp coconut oil, 1 1/2 tbsp raw organic honey, few drops of vanilla, 1/2 tbsp organic butter (optional). Whizz it up in a food processor until it's all mixes well. Melt 2 bars of good dark chocolate; line a 9" square pan with nonstick/parchment paper, spread 1/2 the chocolate in. Add the coconut mixture and pat down firmly. Pop in the freezer for 5 min. Spread the rest of the melted chocolate on top (quickly) and pop back in the freezer for 15-20 min to firm up. Cut into bars, keep in the fridge to prevent melting in this heat! ☀️
