Everything in moderation is the general rule it seems. It's also clear that certain things like Chia seeds may not actually be bad for you, they just come with consequences, that's all.

Anytime @AnitaD . couldn't agree more @ SuzanneM ! I just feel that people tend to follow fads without questioning it & completely ignoring the fact that every region has it's own share of superfoods which are more suited for the locals of that country rather than following what's touted as the next big superfood .
