Break out the picnic tables and fire up the grill! With daylight hours lasting long into the evening, CUESA and the United States Bartenders Guild are taking advantage of the sunshine to set up a city-style picnic in front of the Ferry Building. In our pop-up urban oasis, cool down with craft cocktails from the Bay’s best bars, featuring peak summer produce and classic picnic ingredients—think corn, peppers, watermelon, tomatoes—and snack on upscale cookout fare from the city’s hottest restaurants.
Guests receive three full-sized, signature cocktails featuring Disaronno, Larceny Bourbon, and Cointreau, along with unlimited sample-size drinks. Restaurants provide small bites in this happy hour event, where you’ll unwind with our summer playlist, best your besties in foodie lawn games, and vote for your favorite drink and bite to win prizes. At the end of the evening, catch twilight descending on the waterfront in a perfect finale to a city summer night.
All proceeds from the evening support CUESA’s sustainable agriculture educational initiatives and the USBG’s professional development programs. This is our last Cocktails of the Farmers Market party of 2016—don’t miss out!
