etsummer 8yr @gingerandchorizo do you make your own kimchi? I can't seem to find a brand of packaged that I like much. Any suggestions? -
gingerandchorizo 8yr @etsummer I was very lucky before that a Korean friend always gave me her mum's homemade kimchi, but she moved away so I make my own kimchi now, you can find the recipe(s) on my blog. However my version is pretty simple one which in a way I prefer, but if you are looking for something more authentic and much spicier, I can only suggest you to google a few recipes and try them out...if I come across a good one in the future, will let you know! hope it helps!
