vicente 8yr To give my 2 cents, I also think the meal kit model is especially hard for vegans since many times those recipes require a food processor, which not only adds equipment pre-requisites, but adds substantial time to prep and cleanup. That, and as @sugardetoxme points out, the logistics of last-mile delivery are very difficult. Also agree with @simplywithout - peculiar timing with NYT partnership with Chef'd. -
