olivettefarm 8yr @Riki fresh or sautéed are both great! As long as the radishes are small then the greens should be nice and tender. They'll get tough and bitter as the radish gets large

I love these crunchy little shoots. Growing tip - add a little bit of worm castings to your soilless seed mix and you will notice a huge change in flavor.
