JenniferEmilson 8yr I've been living like this for quite some time now. The natural fermentation process produces probiotics comparable to kombucha, sour kraut, kimchi. If you're going to eat bread, make it sourdough. As long as it's small batch, like from a local bakery. Chances are they don't rush the process, but allow at least 18 hours for the fermentation process in each loaf.

DietID_TeamDietitians 8yr There was so much talk about gut health at the #mixingbowl conferences put on by @Dogblue. I think it's about time for some people to invest in small batch sourdough producers :)
