Veggie "meatballs" can be made with pretty much anything!

Snappy dinner last night - cleaned out veggies from the fridge and sautéd with cumin seeds, bay leaf, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, and cayenne + Boiled some quinoa + added an egg yolk and some bread crumbs to make these little veggie meatballs. And I topped it with some stewed garlic and basil tomatoes - out of a can, because this time of year, canned tomatoes are your best bet
