Join Dana Benigno, Culinary Instructor and Founder of Chicago Cooks and former Executive Director of Greencity Market as she demos Apple Cider Brined Chicken, Polenta with Braised Greens and Mushrooms, Rosemary Shortbread Cookies, Roasted Squash & Brown Sugar Ice Cream. Dana will use seasonal ingredients from the farmers of Green City Market."
For $20, customers will learn how to shop for quality ingredients from your local farmers and get to taste the delicious preparations demonstrated by Dana. For $44.80 Customers will also get a copy of the book (10% discount + sales tax). The book will also be available for full price on the day of the event.
Founded in 1998, Greencity Market is located in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, at the intersection of Clark and Lincoln during May-October and indoors at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum during the winter.
Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event."
