How to find a food sponsor for a community Shabbat in NYC?

Hi I was recommended to dive into this community to help me find a solution. I'm hosting the first Wisdom Shabbat in NYC an event founded by wisdom tribe in SF. The event is planned for March 4th which is national unplug day and perfect for the event as a device free celebration. I'm hoping to secure a venue soon and need to get some kosher food donated hopefully from a place that can get some value from community visibility so it's a win win. Catering for 20-40 people depending on space. Challah, hummus and buffet style Mediterranean food I think is good.. Open to ideas.. Plus red wine will be flowing.. Not sure if wine sponsors are an option. Any ideas or leads would be great. Or if you want more info about wisdom Shabbat I'm happy to share more.. It's the first time I've done this so any tips on how to approach the deal will be appreciated. Light ahead! Thanks Bianca
