Chef Evan Hennessey wants to share the true bounty of New Hampshire with
New Yorkers. Enjoy an intricate eight course dinner highlighting the
diversity of foods from farms, forests, and ocean. New Hampshire is home to
one of the most diverse, interesting and exciting collections of ecosystems
in the country, and the foods that grow within these areas not only shapes
our future, but teaches us about our past.
Through an array of textures, temperatures and techniques, Hennessey will
put NH on a plate for our guests to enjoy.
Evan Hennessey opened Stages in New Hampshire in March of 2012 to a
community that had yet to experience the level of execution, creativity,
and hospitality that was being displayed from a little restaurant tucked
away inside a historic mill in downtown Dover. Since then, Stages and its
staff have garnered national attention, while continuing to reshape the
local dining scene and what they had come to expect from food. They work
very closely, almost exclusively, with two local farms, a forager, and a
day-boat fisherman to provide all their food.
