Rainbow bagel craze.

The guy at The Bagel Store in my hood has been making these things for 20 years but only now has it become a craze. My friend Clay came to town and waited in line for one. Can't imagine the amount of food coloring or play-doh that these guys use but g'dam! What do you think?
